All Campus Audio Visual
Located in the Danforth University Center, All Campus Audio Visual provides basic audio and video equipment on campus for non-class activities. ACAV assists students, faculty, and staff with their equipment needs in the Harvey Media Center (DUC, 3rd Floor) for a minimal cost. Arts & Sciences
Arts & Sciences Computing provides flexible technology facilities and services to A&S faculty, staff, and students. A&S servers, e-mail accounts, computer labs and classrooms, network connections, and training/support make up the main services offered by A&S Computing. A&SC is located in Seigle Hall, L085, and in the lower level of Eads Hall.
Central Fiscal Unit
Information Services & Technology provides computer, email, network, server, web and a variety of other technology services and support for Central Fiscal Unit (CFU) departments. Please call our Solutions Center at 935-8200 or visit our service catalog website for additional information.
The Engineering IT (EIT) Help Center provides educational computer services to the School of Engineering & Applied Science at Washington University in St. Louis. Full-time staff and student consultants assist staff, faculty, engineering students, and students enrolled in engineering courses with student accounts, computer-related questions, PC hardware and software support, poster printing, and audio visual needs.
Information Services & Technology has established a Media Services department to provide comprehensive multimedia support to Washington University faculty & staff. From webcams and conferencing solutions, to audio/video recording systems let us help point you in the right direction. The Central IT department is one of many IT departments at the School of Medicine. We support the Central Administration, and provide commodities services such as network and email across the medical campus, as well as a full suite of other IT services. Olin Business School
Olin Information Services is committed to quality service and up-to-date technological advancements to serve the entire Olin community. Ten full-time staff members are responsible for hardware, networking, software, computing support, web-based applications, databases, experimental computing, and eLearning development.
Systems & Procedures
Systems and Procedures (S&P) is a university help desk that provides customer support, training, and password resets for AIS, HRMS, Marketplace, RAS (Learn@Work) and WUSTL Key. Systems and Procedures is staffed with full time customer service representatives who are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
